Wyoming Center has a concrete floor with no carpet.  The Wyoming Center is a full service convention center. 

Exhibitors agree to maintain their booth(s) and displays:

Monday, June 7 - Exhibitor Set up

Tuesday, June 8 - Exhibitor Set up

Wednesday, June 9 - Show

Thursday, June 10  Show - Exhibitor Tear down

Friday, June 11 - Pipe & Drape Tear down

 

(1) Exhibitors are responsible for all personal equipment. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage against injury to persons or damage or loss of property in such amounts as the exhibitors deem adequate.  Exhibitors are responsible for damage they cause to the CamPlex facility.

 

(2) The Black Rock Café is the only food vendor for The ENERGY EXPOSITION 2010 .  They will be serving reasonably priced meals and snacks so please don’t bring other food or drink into the building.  This includes hospitality rooms.  CamPlex rules allow only Pepsi products. 

 

(3) If an Exhibitor is solicited by a salesperson not exhibiting at ENERGY EXPOSITION 2010 please bring their business card to Event Services.  We reserve the right to eject that salesperson from the event.

 

(4) SUGGESTION:  Drawings get you more business cards and contacts!  Individual door prizes may be offered at your discretion. If you provide a door prize, it will be your responsibility to select the winner and award the prize. We will be happy to post the winners for you.  Be sure to promote this Fair to your customers!

 

(5) Use of Space:  The exhibitor lessee and its agents shall not occupy any other space or place, except as allotted to them by their contract. No exhibitor lessee shall assign, sublet, or share the allotted space in whole or part, nor exhibit any other goods or services other than those manufactured or distributed in the regular course of business by the exhibitor lessee.

 

(6) Character of Exhibits:  The CBM Education Fair (lessor), at its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, size, methods of operation or for any other reasons, become objectionable and also reserve the right to prohibit or evict any exhibit which, in the opinion of the lessor, may detract from the general character of the display. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or anything of a character which may be objectionable to the exhibit as a whole. In the event of such restriction or eviction, the lessor is not liable for any refunds or rentals or other exhibition expense. No exhibit shall violate any municipal, state, or federal law, rules or regulations, including safety codes.

(7) Exhibitors are required to register all members of their exhibition team. Admittance to the exhibit hall and all conference functions is restricted to those wearing an event badge provided by the CBM Education Fair only.  Exhibitors are responsible for event badges of representatives and distributors attending with the exhibiting company. 

All Exhibitors must enjoy the event or contact EXHIBITOR Services to rectify the problem.

 

Payment policy:  all invoices shal be paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Cancelation policy: there are no cancelations or payment refunds after January 1st, 2010.

Jurisdiction:  any legal actions required by either party shal take place in the appropriate court located in Natrona county, Wyoming.
